This Privacy Policy explains how WowRate Mortgage LLC collects, uses, and shares information through this website. By using the site, you agree to this policy.
When you complete our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the state your property is in, the product you are interested in, and any notes you choose to add. We also record your consent to be contacted and, if you give it, your separate consent to receive marketing calls and texts.
We do not collect your Social Security number, income, property address, property value, or loan amount through this site. If you choose to provide additional information later, that happens with the lender, not with WowRate.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry and to connect you with the lender, a separate licensed lender that originates and services the loans described on this site, so a loan officer can answer your questions and, if you choose, take your application. WowRate does not take applications, discuss loan terms, or make credit decisions.
With your consent, we share your contact information with the lender, a separate licensed lender, so a loan officer can reach out to you. We also use service providers, such as website hosting and form security tools, that process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with marketing or advertising vendors.
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. The product selector and the calculators run in your browser: your product choice is stored on your device so the site remembers it, and nothing you enter in a calculator is sent to us. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security service that helps prevent automated abuse and may set a cookie for that purpose. This is a functional and security use, not tracking or advertising.
We keep the information you submit only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to meet legal and recordkeeping needs, then dispose of it. We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. While no online system can be completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
